  • If you do need to return an item you can do so at any point within 14 days of the receipt of goods. If 14 days have gone by since the delivery date, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • Items must be unused and in their original state on receipt of returned item. If applicable, it must also be in its original packaging with protection seals.
  • Please note, products such as open cosmetics are not subject to refund/replacement.
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
  • If you wish to return a product, please email us at in the first instance.
  • Please include your order number, full name, and the reason for the return.
  • We will then email you with further instruction. If the return relates to a damaged product or packaging, please attach a photographic documentation showing the damage.
  • Unfortunately, we are unable to offer freepost returns and it is the customers responsibility to pay for the return.
  • Please ensure your items are securely wrapped so no damage can be caused to the item.
  • Once your return is received, inspected, and verified, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed to the account details provided by you. We reserve 10 days for processing the return.
